<p>Welcome to Solicio del Sol—a modern desert escape in Indio’s gated Terra Lago community.  This stylish 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home blends midcentury flair with luxury comfort, featuring a private saltwater pool, spa, fire pit, barbecue, and covered patio.  A short drive to Coachella and Stagecoach, this gem is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking to relax, recharge, and explore the desert.  <br></p> <p>OUTSIDE SPACE</p> <p>Escape to our tranquil desert oasis teeming with various amenities that will keep you and your guests entertained.  From the large saltwater pool with a tanning ledge and in-pool loungers to the hot tub with room for up to 8 people, you will feel like you are at a private resort.  Around the pool are plenty of seating areas to accommodate your guests, whether they want to sunbathe on the deck, chill near the fire pit, or escape the sun under the covered patio.</p> <p>BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS</p> <p>Unwind in the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious soaking tub.  Your guests will have the choice between two guest bedrooms, either with a queen bed or two twin beds, both with luxury linens and generous closet space.  All three bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion for your convenience.</p> <p>KITCHEN & DINING</p> <p>Put your culinary skills to the test in our gourmet kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dual ovens, four-burner stovetop with griddle, dishwasher, and microwave.  Feel free to use our selection of exotic spices and herbs to flavor your dishes, and our storage containers to save your leftovers in the refrigerator.</p> <p>The dining table seats up to 6 people with an additional 4 bar stools along the island.  Feel free to mix up some refreshing cocktails with our shaker set on the bar cart. </p> <p>LOUNGE SPACES</p> <p>The main living room has high-volume ceilings, a 65” Samsung Frame TV, and Sonos surround system.  Upstairs, the cozy loft offers another lounge area with a 55” TV and a library of DVDs ranging across a plethora of genres that will interest all of our guests.  There is also a quiet office space equipped with a standing desk, ultra-wide monitor, and strong WiFi connection to get some work done while on your trip.   </p> <p>LAUNDRY ROOM</p> <p>Help yourself to the washer and dryer during your stay with complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener.  An ironing board and iron are also available to keep your clothes wrinkle-free.<br></p>
